Bon Voyage, Cambodia

Well, that's it for Cambodia (although we're writing this from HCMC...). Siem Reap is an amazing place and you should all go there right now.

In keeping tradition with this blog thus far, lets talk about food. There's a real neat "pub street" in Siem Reap where we got an excellent feed at a place called Red Piano. Also, the beer here was large and therefore excellent.
After dinner, it always seems like a good idea to go for a drink. There's a semi (in)famous bar on pub street called the Angkor What? bar, where their slogan is "promoting irresponsible drinking since 1996 (especially during happy hour)". A great place to get a jug of vodka redbull for like $6, among other ridiculously cheap ways to get drunk. Obviously, it's quite a touristy place. There's a big graffiti mural on the wall where they encourage visitors to write their own messages over the top. This results in endless interesting notes to read.
A couple of other noteworthy features of this bar: Coke bottles contain 296mls of delicious beverage. What kind of quantity is that?!
And, the beer was good here, too.
So, on a final note, our hotel in Siem Reap was pretty flash.
As was the airport. Yep, this is the AIRPORT.
That's it for Siem Reap. Wave goodbye to Emma, Tim, Serey and our driver, who's name I'm pretty sure is Driver (please note random Cambodians at airports are generally terrible at taking photos, hence the finger in frame on the left).
Ciao.
